Commitment to Australian Consumer Law

Flowganize honors the Australian Consumer Law guarantees that apply to goods sold in Australia. If a Gentle Shelf product is faulty, not as described, or unsafe, you are entitled to a remedy such as repair, replacement, or refund depending on the seriousness of the issue. This Policy adds operational detail but does not replace those statutory rights.

Eligible products

Physical items like the Moss Grid Sticker Pack may be returned when unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. The Collective Cadence Workshop Kit may be partially returned if sealed facilitator modules remain untouched; partially consumed kits receive pro-rata consideration case by case.

Digital product considerations

The Dawn Anchor Planner Digital is delivered instantly and may not be refundable once download links activate, except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise or a file is demonstrably corrupted and cannot be replaced within a reasonable time. We log server events to verify access issues fairly.

Change-of-mind returns

Flowganize may accept change-of-mind returns on physical goods within fourteen days of delivery when items remain resaleable and hygiene seals, if any, are intact. Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are generally borne by the customer unless a promotion states otherwise.

How to initiate a return

Message Whisper Contact with your order identifier, product name, and reason for the request. Photographs of defective stickers or bent workshop folders accelerate assessment. We respond with a return merchandise authorization and the correct warehouse address; unauthorized shipments may face processing delays.

Refunds processing timeline

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within five to ten business days after we receive and inspect the goods. Bank processing windows outside Flowganize control may extend visibility on statements.

Exchanges for different SKUs

If you prefer a different product of equal value, we can arrange an exchange once inventory confirms. Price differences may require an adjustment charge or partial refund.

Damaged shipments

Inspect parcels upon arrival and notify us within forty-eight hours if carriers caused damage. Retain all packing materials; couriers may require evidence. We coordinate claims so you are not left negotiating alone.

International returns

Customers outside Australia must declare returned goods accurately. Import taxes paid on original shipment are not always recoverable through Flowganize; consult local customs guidance.

Workshop kit-specific rules

Custom-printed facilitator covers with your organization logo are non-refundable once printing begins unless a defect is our fault. Standard kits without customization follow the general physical goods rules above.

Subscription or bundle credits

If you purchased a bundle such as planner plus stickers at a promotional AUD 99 rate, refunds account for the bundle discount rather than summing standalone list prices.

Gift orders

Recipients may exchange defective gifts by providing the original order number or purchaser contact so we can validate authenticity without exposing private correspondence.

Escalation

If you believe your concern was not resolved fairly, request escalation to a senior coordinator. You may also contact consumer affairs agencies in your state or territory for independent advice.
