Agreement to these Terms

By accessing Wloxarixixin you agree to these Terms of Use and the referenced Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Return Policy. If you disagree, discontinue use of the site and do not purchase Flowganize products.

Editorial pages describe mindful rituals for inspiration and do not guarantee specific outcomes. Product pages list inclusions such as file formats, print specifications, and suggested group sizes. Minor typographical errors may be corrected without notice, but material changes affecting price or core contents will be communicated before fulfillment when feasible.

Orders acceptance and pricing

Displaying goods on the Gentle Shelf constitutes an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. A contract forms when we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, inventory mismatch, or export compliance issues. Prices include applicable Australian GST where required and exclude international duties, which remain your responsibility for cross-border shipments.

Payment and invoicing

Digital product licenses

Purchasing a digital planner grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or single-organization use as described on the product page. You may not resell, publicly share download links, or upload source files to royalty-free marketplaces. Backup copies are permitted for archival purposes. Workshop kits include a limited license to duplicate facilitator scripts for participants within the purchased event count.

Physical product specifications

Sticker packs ship with recyclable backers and may exhibit slight color variance between batches. Measurements are approximate. If a manufacturing defect occurs, refer to the Return Policy for remedies.

Shipping and title transfer

Risk of loss passes to you when carriers collect parcels from our fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery windows are indicative; customs delays are outside Flowganize control. You must provide accurate addresses; rerouting fees may apply if errors originate with data you supplied.

Service levels for support

Whisper Contact aims to respond within one business day but does not guarantee uninterrupted support during public holidays observed in Victoria. Complex kit customization requests may require additional time quotations.

Acceptable use of the website

Intellectual property

Subject to non-excludable rights, our aggregate liability arising from product purchases in a twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages except where such limitation is prohibited.

Indemnity

You indemnify Flowganize against claims arising from misuse of workshop materials outside licensed scope, violation of these Terms, or infringement caused by assets you supply for custom printing.

Force majeure

Delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply shortages, or carrier strikes, suspend performance for the duration of the event. We will notify affected customers with mitigation options such as digital substitutions where appropriate.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts in that jurisdiction have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.

EU and UK consumer acknowledgements

Consumers in the EU or UK retain mandatory rights, including withdrawal periods for distance sales of goods unless an exception applies to customized items. Digital content delivery before the withdrawal period ends may require your express consent and acknowledgment of waiver where permitted by law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new products, legal requirements, or security practices. Material changes will be highlighted on wloxarixixin.world for at least fourteen days before taking effect for new purchases. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance for subsequent orders.
